Yes, I provide free PT for veterans on-line via Zoom or face-to face in the Fitzroy area in Melbourne. And yes, most veterans know how to keep fit during service to do our compulsory PT through our career which is fairly specific to our service. It's just about always 'boot camp' style training in groups carrying around logs and pushing over large truck tyres or carrying jerry cans. However, after service, that's probably not what we want to be doing. There are other ways to keep fit, especially when we're probably carrying a bunch of injuries and have put on a few kilos. So, I can work with you to work out a new exercise plan that suits your new lifestyle, keeps you fit in the way you need and probably more importantly work on your diet to make sure the kilos don't add up.
